Orion Beach is the OG member of Offbeat Robotics. He began building robots in 2004, but his love of RC everything began in childhood.
Since the beginning Orion has been driven to build bigger, better, more fun bots. Over the years the team lineup has changed and many friends have joined and spun off their own robots.
In 2019 Jen Herchenroeder, lead fabricator of Battle Royale with Cheese, joined for the BattleBots Season 4 new build of Skorpios. With a background in robots, automotive, design, and more, she and Orion hatched a new bot idea for 2020: HiJinx.
